Put Your StUNNA SHADES on!

So I recently sat on my cheap 4 dollar glasses and I was pretty bummed because they looked pretty phabulous on me. After that incident I decided that I was going to buy another pair. However, the lab we just did on polarized filters really influenced my decision as to what kind of glasses I was going to purchase. I came to the conclusion after the lab that polarized glasses is the way to go. I discussed it with my dad because I wanted to tell him before I dropped some dollar-dollar bills for some shades. He told me that he had a pair of old school Maui Jims that I could have. I was stoked to get some free polarized glasses. Any ways I thought the lab that we did in class was pretty influential and it helped me to realize how Physics can help us make decisions in everyday life.

I checked that the glasses were polarized by looking at the glare from another car and by looking at the sky a way from the sun. This test helped my mom and grandma test their glasses too. We actually discussed if polarized glasses were necessary, concluding that it makes driving a whole lot easier.
